This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It’s a project. Seller is convinced it is rare, so it must be worth a lot. Has non stock engine.
“I’m selling this rare Jeep Willy CJ-a because my father has pancreatic cancer with only two months left to live. We’ve been treating it as an amazing project, but as you can see, it isn’t finished.
It runs well. It needs general check-up, brake shoes, wipers, and fuel float. Other parts are in excellent to good condition. However, the motor isn’t true to the vehicle itself – It is a 1974 Ford Mustang Pinto’s engine. This is compatible and runs well.
Depending on your tastes, it might need to be repainted and a new cover. The selling price is $7,500 OBO. We will accept best offers but, please do try to not low-ball us. We are aware of how rare it is. It will come with two Jeep Willy CJ-a manuals.”

“This is a custom built 46 Willys CJ 2a. has a 46 Ford Cab custom built into the body. Engine is completely rebuilt. new brakes. New clutch, new master cyl. This is a very unique willlys that was custom built 20 years ago. It has been driven appx 1000 miles since built. One of a kind !!”

Doesn’t run at the moment.
“I am selling my 1941 willys jeep. Not in bad shape for its age. All original but has been converted to a 12 volt system. Has all new white face gauges,oil pressure,temp and volts. It has a key switch so you have a key instead of just a push button. New MSD 12 volt coil and new solenoid. Gmail 10si alternator. Brand new fuel tank and show quality replacement carburetor from K in SC. Also has Warn locking hubs. Not to far gone it can’t be a nice project to finish up.Does need a fuel pump and probably a set of points. Not running at the time but close to being able to run again. I don’t have time to mess with it anymore and could use the empty space in my shop.”

“Have a 48 Willys it has rust in the tub the frame is solid . It has the 134 4 cylinder flathesd,3 speed converted to 12v, nice seats and tires it runs and drives well. Would make grest hunting rig. (11/03/2015) This has full floating rear axles, but otherwise looks like a later model CJ-2A.
“1941 Willys Jeep original flat 4 cyl engine. Completely rebuilt less than 10 hrs on rebuild. (This jeep is geared for climbing.) New shocks, new BF Goodrich all terrain radial tires less than 100 miles, new master cylinder (also have extra transfer case) new wheel cylinders all 4, new brakes, new 5.38 gears ring and pinion, new barrings front and rear, Warren winch, Electric fuel pump 12 volt. $7500.00 invested ”
