This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 cj 2a Willys Jeep for sale $8000. I believe that it is 90% original. Still has 6 volt system and “Go Devil” L head engine. I have owned it for about 5 years and only drive it a few times a year. It seems to run great. When I purchased it I had a local mechanic service it and check it out for me.

The previous owner put this jeep into many Car shows in New York state, florida, etc. It has been garage kept and is in great all original condition. It includes a number of extras. It has a new canvas top and new tires, manual wiper, 6 volt battery, etc. Runs and drives great!”

“No vin plate. No title. Has what appears to be another engine in pieces laying in the back. Xtra steering column. I have both front seats that go with the jeep. I had to put a model year in to post.
