Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have a 1947 CJ-2A with a 1973 Buik V6 retrofit to original equipment. 1/4 Ton. Photos tell the story as far as the restoration. It runs but needs some tlc from someone with more time. Used only locally. I only know a little about it’s history as I purchased as a fun thing to have but now it must go.”

Motor is stuck. Seller is also selling the trailer for $400.
“Motor is stuck from sitting. Transmission and transfer case are not stuck. Body is solid but has lots of patches and some bondo.
This would be a good project with a motor swap. Sold with bill of sale only but can register and convey with current registration at buyer’s expense (Generally less than $100 including the insurance required to do so).”
