This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (02/06/2016) It doesn’t run. Doesn’t have a title.
“I have been asked to sell what is believed to be a late-40’s CJ-2A.
It has what is believed to be a 318ci V-8 under the hood and appears to be fairly solid for it’s age. It steers and stops, but clearly needs a lot work. I winched it onto a trailer to move it; all tires are dry-rotted.
They are asking $2.5k for this, but are open to offers. It’s located in upstate New York.
I don’t know exact status of the registration, as it was a farm vehicle, stored in a barn or garage most of the time. Too old for a title.
I will take all offers to them to review.
It does not run as it sits (didn’t try to start), and is sold needing restoration in as-is condition.”

Looks like a VEC CJ-2A body that’s had the gas inlet covered. Tank is now in the back.

It has a np420 4speed trans and a twin stick transfer case it has a newer jeep rear axle, new tail lights, custom battery mount, new airfilter, the motor has a fresh rebuild and a quadrajet carb, new seats, new four point harnesses , comes with a tow bar, inside is rihno lined, no rust at all need minor body work.
