Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 CJ2A Project Vehicle. Underneath has been gone through and modified for a 6″ lift and has 16″ rims and tires. Comes with a Chevy 283 engine and master kit for the 283. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. My health is deteriorating and I am no longer able to work on it. ”

“Willys is in good mechanical condition. Ready for hunting or fun. Original flat engine, hydraulic brakes, no top. Ralph at Thunder Mtn (where jeep is parked) has maintained the jeep for many years.
Will be in Boise visiting kids until Wednesday, Nov. 4.”
