This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “For sale, a 1947 Jeep cj2a with a steel half top, a tow bar on the front and a cj3b engine in it. I bought a new gas tank, a stock set of seats, had the starter rebuilt for it, with a new solenoid and put new oil pan and timing cover gaskets on. There’s some rust but I’ve seen worse, Body panels are available for what needs to be fixed. I have a clean title for it in my name.”

Full floating axle kit. Detroit lockers front and rear. Warn hubs front and rear. Disc front brakes. Chevrolet (Saginaw) steering gearbox. Power steering, tilt wheel.”

“Check this out, not original but rebuilt for fun. Body and most is the original, but added small block Chevy makes it go, built for off road use and show. Nice looking rims and tires no spare. The pictures are what we are offering. It is licensed and you need to see if it is street legal.
This is really rare so very few comps are available, posted here in Sacramento area and also nationally so if you have been looking shoot me an email with phone number and I will get back to you.”
