About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Might want to look at the front frame rails on this one. The photo makes them appear off kilter a little. Seats look in great shape.

“I have two jeeps for sale. The first jeep is a 1943 willys military, This is one of the best bodies around. VERY LITTLE RUST. Perfect frame. Motor freshly gone through (flat head). 3 speed trans. The frame is perfect. The second jeep is a 1946 civilian jeep. This jeep will start up (straight 4) an drives (NO BRAKES). The frame is bad, and the body rough. It has a lot of good parts that interchanges with the 43. Lost interest, need to sale. $1500 obo”
“Willy Jeep CJ-2 was taken apart to restore and never put back together. Have all the body parts and running gear. The engine needs to be rebuilt and also the tranny. I will take more pictures of the rest of the parts. You don’t see many of these anymore, the true Jeep”
(03/22/2014) I’m guessing that fan on the fender indicates there’s some engine work needed.

“1949 CJ2-A jeep with a CJ3-B tub, roll cage, 35″ baja claws, 3 in rancho lift, original F-134 four cylinder engine, T-90 trans, etc. dana 44 rear and dana 25 front. warn hubs. Ugly, rusty, slow, and oh so much fun. runs drives and stops. electric fan for radiator. all the lights work, brake lights, headlights(low and high beam), etc.Rattle can black. Needs a windshield. This is a project, don’t expect to drive it to the east coast or anything, but she runs around the block fine and wheels great.
will part out if the offer is right, would prefer to sell either complete or the complete engine trans t-case or total drivetrain. not looking to sell you the headlight switch or clutch or a 4x hub, etc….
will trade for the right price too, other jeeps (project or not), ford shortbed trucks from any era, bronco, early blazers, etc. also looking for other stuff too, but cash is king”
