These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1946 willys jeep. Body is rough. Frame looks good, with no rot. No engine, but trans and transfer are there, but shifts hard. I think it is mostly original . I have the original rims. but two will need to be repaired. I also have the title to it.”

“1947 Willys Jeep, complete with tow bar, will need some TLC, was used on farm property. Has battery, does run, not great, but does run. Brakes don’t work very well. Great project or trail rig with some work. 4 cyl engine and manual transmission”
“1946 cj2a project. Has everything to put it together. Comes with two engines the original 4 cylinder and a ford v6. Both need overhauled. Original transmission and transfer case. Frame is in good shape. Tub needs floor pans”
“1946 Willys Jeep CJ-2A. Mostly original. Has flanged axel rear end with posi. Original flat head 3 speed 5.38 geared. 31 10.50 tires. Seats have been recovered it has been repainted. It has a CJ-3A windshield on it right now. It also has a custom made sun top. This is a trail jeep it does have a few minor scratches. Would consider trade for slide in camper.”

The chassis and axles are the MB model, which I had sandblasted, rust treated, reprimed and painted in OD green. There is no tub or title just good bones for you to bring this project back to life!
