About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“49 Willys CJ3A with ford V8 conversion and overdrive added. Offenhauser 4bbl aluminum intake and valve covers. Spare tire and gas can mounts. Soft top frame. Been sitting a long time, but runs, stops, and steers.”

“48 CJ3A with Ford GPW front clip and motor. Lots of GPW and Ford stamps on fenders, hood, grill, radiator, etc. Many original parts. Rust free tub. Old paint holds up well. Flathead 4 cylinder GPW engine runs perfect with no smoke and lots of power. Very nice Jeep. Clean NM title .5o5388893l. I can deliver for $350.
I also have a ton of CJ3A parts available if anybody needs anything.”
“51 willys no title . dontreally want to sell but wouldnt turn 2250 down. Would trade for a 30 plus horsepower tractor with a brush hog. I’d be willing to trade my top for a transferable title now has factory replacement tank”
“1947 Willy’s project
On a 1969 jeep chassis with mounts set up for the 1947 body.
327 Chevy motor
Dana 18 transfer case
1969 jeep axles
A bunch of other new and used parts.
The fenders, hood, body, etc is not bolted to the frame. I just set them on for the pictures.
I was planning on buying a new steel tub for it or you can fix the one it has. It comes with a title.”
“I have owned this 1951 Willys CJ3A since 1979. So many great memories made with this jeep and with a little TLC another generation can experience the Willys vibe. I took it apart for a frame up restore in 1981 but never got around to putting it back together (military, marriage, kids). It has the original T90 transmission with a Novak adapter bolted to a Buick Dauntless 225 V-6 (has about 60K miles on engine). Frame is solid with new leaf hangers and bushings. The tub, fenders, hood, tailgate, grill and windshield frame are in excellent shape and were sand blasted and coated with a heavy 3M primer before it was stored. This jeep has been barn stored for the past 36 years. Just needs to be reassembled and painted. Includes original backseat and added roll bar.”
“1950 Willis cj3a restored. Original Flathead 4-cylinder engine. Original rebuilt transmission and original rebuilt transfer case. Rhino lined on the inside of the tub and underneath. Windshield wiper. Great tires great machine.”
It’s got a fiberglass body and hood. It appears to have full floating rear hubs. Given the PTO winch and associating PTO box, I’d say there’s some value here.
