“Just for heck of it I’m listing my 1952 Willys CJ3A Jeep for trade consideration. The price is basically a “ballpark value” measuring tool. I’m just listing for trade vehicles I may want more than my Jeep, NOT because I need to sell or don’t like my Jeep. It is getting harder to drive as I’m getting older and would like a toy (JEEP ) that’s easier to drive, which will make sense if you read my trade list below.
Stats:
UPDATE: just installed rear fender flares.
Rebuilt 1979 Pontiac 2.5 Iron Duke 4 cylinder with a little over 30,000 on it.
Rebuilt T14 3 spd
Overhauled D18 transfer case with rebuilt Warn overdrive.
Original front/ rear differentuals with 5.38 gear ratio.
Rebuilt Saginaw manual steering.
11 inch drum brakes.
Have new master cylinder to be installed (old one works, seeps a little)
Warn locking hubs.
Looks solid.

“I have for sale two Willy’s jeeps one has a good body with a V6 and the other is a rolling chassis with the original military engine transmission transfer case and axles. Neither one of them will run so they will have to be towed away. I just have too many projects and need to part with some of them. Bring cash and we can sure make a deal”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $2800.
(09/29/2018) Looks like a good price.

“1951 willys jeep
It’s 4 wheel drive runs and drives has clear title good tires runs good has a 3000 lbs winch tow bar and is in good shape.
Someone put a little 4 cylinder Chevy motor in it but has original transmission and transfer case and rear ends with manual hubs.
No I don’t want someone to sell it for me and no low ballers.
Has an f-head.

“This 1950 Willys Jeep CJ3a was previously restored however it will need some attention to minor rust and paint. Original flattop 4 cyl engine is intact but currently not running as it has been sitting however it will in the near future when I have some time to tinker. These Willys are smaller and fun to drive and the gearing will take you almost anywhere. Only reason I am selling is I have too many toys and no time to play. This jeep is an antique and will only appreciate in value with time..”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2600.
(11/11/2018) Hasn’t started in a year. Appears to be a 3A with a 2A windshield.
“Willy’s jeep, solid floor pans, not all beat up, or rusted out, I havnt started this for about a year, ran good when parked, had it for over 25 years, stored inside, original engine, located in Pine, an hour from Mtn Home, clear title.”
