This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have 4 Willys Jeeps. ’49, ’60, ’65, & ’69. I have titles to all except the ’69. The ’49 alone is worth the price of entire lot. I want $6,000 for ALL. I will NOT separate at this time! I may sell the ’49 by itself but prefer to sell the whole lot. Please don’t text me asking me for a book of information back and forth. It’s much easier to CALL! I can also help with transport AFTER the deal has been made. I am willing to trade the entire lot up or down for a TJ or JK Jeep. May be interested in other trades but Jeep preferred. I thought I would have time for a few projects but that has changed so I’m selling them all. It would honestly be easier to come in person and check them all out. Missing parts here, extra parts there, etc. PLEASE no calls or texts after 11pm.”

I have a Jeep CJ-3a project for sale. It is a rolling frame and body. The body is in pretty good shape considering. I don’t see any major rust. I have a tailgate and I think I have the fenders & hood. This would be a cool rock crawler or mud truck project.”

It appears this is a CJ-3A with a DJ-3A body. Looks like a fun little rig. It is 2WD now.
“This 1951 Willys has been in the family for over 20 years. It’s a neat cruise around car perfect for parades. The complete driveline has been changed over to an early 90’s Ford Mustang. 4 cyc. motor-trans and rearend. The seats from the mustang were also used and reupholstered. This summer, we replaced all 4 tires and inner/outer tie rods. Possibly open to trades.“
Has a few updates. Could be a solid jeep.
“Cool old 1950 CJ3A (flat fender) original drivetrain, engine rebuilt in 2016, body dented and patched but solid, all gauges work, converted to 12v with new alternator and ignition parts, spray can paint job, newer seats. Runs and drives just fine.
new: floors, fenders, windshield glass, 2 tires, rear springs and all 4 shocks, exhaust, fuel tank and lines, brake master cylinder, e brake cable, clutch, belt and hoses, and many other parts. $6,000 OBO”
