About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

(11/02/2015) Sounds like it runs, but is still a project.
“Looking to sell today for 1500(absolute lowest price I will go), after 11/1/2015 the price goes up to $2000.
1952 Willys Cj3a in great mechanical condition, but needs a fair amount of body work. The jeep is a project that I started five years ago and just haven’t had the time to finish. Now my family is up to 5 and I need to build something larger(not looking for trade), so the jeep has to go.
The L-head engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago, all machine work done by Carl’s Machine Shop, in Pocatello, The transmission and transfer-case were rebuilt at the same time, all new internals in the transmission and mostly new parts(some parts were still good) in the transfer case. Carburetor is rebuilt, but the old oil bath air cleaner is gone, replaced by a k&n style foam air cleaner that works great. The jeep is not registered, but I do have a Title and bill of sale. If you are interested, text is the best way to get a hold of me for info or more pics. Thanks for your time, have a nice day.”
“Selling a 1950 cj3a with enuff spares to build another jeep. 2 titles in hand! Parts include another frame/ body with a factory hardtop, 2 transfercases, a spare rearend end, a spare front end, another black body in rough shape, motor-tranny, a good radatior and many more spares.
The cj3a pictured runs and drives. I has no brakes and smokes badly due to needing the rings replaced. All 4×4 stuff works flawlessly, rebuilt starter, carbrator, fresh oil and filter, new fuel pump. Tires all hold air and have tons of tread, body has been started to be redone, and I have original seat frames and the missing fender along with all the other parts mentioned above.
Price is obo, may be willing to trade
Reason for sale is that I bought a nice 46 cj2a, so decided to sell the rest of my jeep stuff to make room for other projects.
Price is obo, want the stuff gone sooner than later”
No pics provided. Seems overpriced for something that needs work.
“Willy Jeep runs. Original parts. Does need work on fuel pumo and vacuum. 1952. I do have the original electrical harness for the electrical hook up. Asking 6000$ or best offer.”

It is missing a few parts, radiator, wiring harness(I have all the sensors and computer), headers, brake lines ran. I have everything else to complete including seats, fuel tank, steering wheel, steering box. I’m moving and do not have the room for it. Not looking to trade.”
“I’m selling my1953 jeep cj2a that I bought as a crawler project and lost interest. Comes with pink and non op. No motor or tans/t case. I was going to run Chevy drivetrain. Which I may sell separate. You can have wheels but does not come with tires. ”
“I have a 1950 Willys cj3a flat fender with the 4 cylinder and 3 speed manual transmission. It has the twin stick transfer case and a small lift on it. It’s running on like new 33×12.50r15 Hercules trail digger mts. It runs great and drives good. The tub is in good shape and not all beat up. Has minor rust on the underside of it. First 3500 cash takes it. call or text for pics and more info.”
