About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1951 Willys CJ3A Jeep. Runs great.
Comes with older black soft top (I never bothered to install it).
Also comes with new canvas soft top and new seat covers (never got around to installing).
I’ve had this Jeep for about 2 years.
It appears to be in very original condition. Has functioning PTO on the back.
Everything you see is how I bought it.
I’m selling just to free up some space.”

“I have a jeep for sale. The body is super rough but savable. The frame is in good shape and straight. Both axles are good and it has a working Ross steering box. The fenders are in the back. What you see is what you get.
“I have a 1949 CJ3A Jeep for sale. It runs and drives, has a blue bonded title. I got the parts to start the brakes, but haven’t installed them yet. It’s not a rust bucket and would be fine on a ranch as-is, but it needs work. It would be a fun project for someone who has the room and the mechanical ability for a do it yourself project. I am firm on the price.”
“Very original 1951 Willys Jeep. Mechanical restoration includes: New radiator, brake system, fuel system . this is a great example of an original jeep that has not been modified.
Asking $8000. I have all the parts receipts. Includes soft top and tow bar”
(07/23/2022) Seller notes this is titled as a 1949, but it has a replacement data plate stamped CJV35 10656. I can’t locate anything that looks CJV35-ish.
“Titled as a 1949 Willys could be a 1950 with title #CJ/35-10656. Buick V6, 5 extra tires and rims, roll bar and lots of extra parts. Will not answer texts or email.”
“1951 Willy’s jeep wanting to sell Will need to be towed the engine is damn near complete only missing a few external pieces like belt starter and alternator will need new spark plugs and wires ran last I knew engine is not installed”
“1950 cj3a flat fender jeep project.
Complete, disasembled for rebuild. Frame is sandblasted and painted. tailgate, windshield, front fenders and grill have been straightened epoxy primed and filler primed. Body is sandblasted ready for repair and straighten. 3 transmissions, 3 transfer cases. Flathead 4cyl ran but had a blown head gasket. Has a rebuilt warn overdrive. It is apart and needs finished, it’s a great project. Clean oregon title. Health issues causing sale.”
