Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It’s not a rust bucket and would be fine on a ranch as-is, but it needs work. It would be a fun project for someone who has the room and the mechanical ability for a do it yourself project. Complete, disasembled for rebuild. Frame is sandblasted and painted. tailgate, windshield, front fenders and grill have been straightened epoxy primed and filler primed. Body is sandblasted ready for repair and straighten. 3 transmissions, 3 transfer cases. Flathead 4cyl ran but had a blown head gasket. Has a rebuilt warn overdrive. It is apart and needs finished, it’s a great project. Clean oregon title. Health issues causing sale.”
