Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Nicely restored in 2004. Body off restoration, new tub, professional paint job. I have driven about 20,000 miles since the restore, all back roads and highway. I restored to show at local car shows and enjoy putting around in the Mother Lode area of Sierra’s. New tires, runs great, very reliable. There is an original Ramsey Winch with spool, a rear power take off unit to run it, also works great. Clean California registration and Title. Must see to appreciate. Please call for details of the restoration. I will consider reasonable offers.

It runs, but still a project. It’s got a funky windshield.
“it runs! rebuilt chevy 350 and 4 speed (sm420) mated to the stock transfer case, exahst is made, not hooked up, have pto winch, brand new gauges, axles have had 5.29 gears put in them, custom radiator, new springs for a 3″ lift, custom widshield, new water pump, power steering pump bracket, alternator bracket etc… this is an awsome little flat fender, could be yours 🙂 call me 530 862 1569 asak for dan.”

“this jeep has an overhead cam engine from a cj3b with around 3000 miles on it. Transmission gears, bearings and syncros, clutch, brakes, master cylinder and hubs have been gone through. Tub has been sanded then rhino lined. The only downfall is there is no top on it. Great summer vehicle or purchase the soft top online. Has been garaged for the last 30+ years. 2900 is a firm price.”
