About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1946 Jeep Willys
Purchased from Original Owner
Owned it for 4 Years
This Jeep runs amazing! We drive it all the time!
This Jeep is unmolested. At some point the motor was switched out for later model Willys motor. The windshield was also replaced. Other then that everything else is in original condition.
4×4 works. Has Over Drive Transmission. It hasn’t been modified at all. It has zero rust and is in amazing condition. Must see to appreciate!”
“1951 Jeep Willys with a newer stock motor, overdrive, lock outs, new shocks, and like new tires. The wiring has been updated. Also comes with tow bar. It runs ”
“1st thing look up the zip code so you know where the item is located. If your not willing to come and get it or have someone haul it then please do not bother to proceed any farther. I can haul it but 1/2 down before moving and 1/2 down of haul fee.
From best i can find this is around a 1949 CJ-3, the motor, a overhead valve cylinder engine, we put in years ago but then just forgot about working on it. The tub is loose, the fender is off, one is missing. What you see in the pics is what you get, it is a project without a title. The jeep has the vin tag on the tub but is hard to read.”
“1951 CJ 3a, with army GPW engine, frame off restored with 669 miles from restoration. Original heater, equipped with plow, converted to 12v added overdrive, seat belts and directional lights.
The fallowing parts are brand new;
tub and body parts, wind-chill, soft top,
brakes, springs, shocks, wheel bearings and races, seals, hoses, tires
seats, steering wheel, gauges, lights, wipers motors, harness
90 amp Powermaster alternator/generator, overdrive, carburetor, coil, distributor (electronic ignition), water pump, gas pump, radiator, exhaust, rebuilt starter.
Professionally primed and painted, (tub undercoated with bed liner before paint) with custom two stage paint, plow was taken a part sandblasted and powder coated.
Excellent frame, sandblasted and painted (POR15 used, no patches or welds). All fluids changed.
Everything works great, ready to show, cruise around town or plow.”
“My grandfather left me this jeep when he moved down south. It was parked many years ago because he sheared the shaft in the tranny down shifting. Motor did run when it was parked many years ago, but also have other motors and extra trannys, axles, and drive shafts, lights, buttons, seats, fenders… you name it I have it. The body is a 1952 and the frame is a later 1940s. Make an offer and lets make a deal”
