About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Transmission transfer case, front & rear differentials all work. Tires are not new but hold air well. You must pick-up before July 19th as we are moving out of state”
“1952 Willys Jeep CJ3A Project ((PLEASE READ)) I am the second owner of this 3A, it has a cool story to go with if you care about that stuff. It has the original drive train, engine starts up but needs a tune up, clutch, brakes etc. Frame is solid. Original Color is Hampshire Green or something like that. It has a clean KY title in my name. The good, it has new 2.5” suspension lift, including new ubolts, shackles, springs. Very few miles on the 31” General Grabber tires, new fuel tank and pump. Only trade considered is a Harley 1200cc or larger, chopper project”
The tan body is a CJ-2A, but the frame it’s on is either a very late CJ-2A chassis or a CJ-3A chassis or later.
“1949 Willys Jeep CJ2A and CJ3A. Engine turns over but not getting gas. The CJ3A is in parts but most of it is there. Missing one set of seats. This is being sold as a package deal. A great project vintage jeep.”
“1951 CJ3A – mostly original, runs, drives perfect, stops well. 6v, new stock wiring harness, great tread, engine purs perfectly. Steel body with Willy’s script hood and tailgate. Absolutely no bondo currently driven on road”
(04/16/2019) Has a patched passenger floor. Has a shutoff switch at the battery.
“(text from 12/2019 ad) … 1951 CJ3A bought 4 years ago and had it completely gone through mechanically, new shocks, bushings, tires, frame cleaned up and painted. I left everything else original as I bought it. Fires up every time, drives straight as an arrow and can get up to 60mph. There are just a few minor things that need tending to that I’ll be working on: needs fuel pump gasket, exhaust tip needs to be tacked back in place, and pops out of second gear. Has really been a great Jeep but our family is growing and it’s time. Let me know if you have any questions or need anymore pics.”
