This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Jeep CJ-3B project, engine and transmission out, same with steering. No tailgate, no title. I bought it a over a year ago thinking I would build it and I’m no longer interested. Comes with aluminum half-top, will not part out. What you see if what you get. Had a PTO on it. It was a trench-a-jeep.”

This needs more than “finishing touches” it needs plenty of rust repair. The good new is that it runs.

Listed as a 1956, this jeep has serial number of 454 GB2 making it a 1954 model. It does not currently appear on Derek’s 3B VIN list.
