Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1953 willys jeep. Has brand new BFG all terrain tires, 5 including the spare tire. Jeep has full roll cage with mounted chrome fire extinguishers . Also included is a newer soft top,new red gas cans for rerar can holders, the original motor and the original wheels. the jeep has a 4 cylinder ford motor in it now and it runs great. the original motor is on a pallet in the garage with the soft top and all soft top brackets, along with the OE wheels. The original motor and wheels must be taken with the jeep at delivery. I am selling the jeep because i am out of room and need the space for a new toy. it runs an drives great, and gets compliments and turns heads every where we go. The jeep lives in a garage in prescott AZ.”

Willys MB jeeps weren’t “true” Willys?? It’s listed as a 1953, but has the large speedo.

“58 Willy’s CJ3B with Hurricane 4cyl and 3 spd manual transmission w/ 2 stick transfer. Super low granny gear. Original mileage of 40,959. Had running as of last season. PA title in hand. Great restore or woods buggy project. Frame is solid and front end is in decent condition, tub needs to be repaired or replaced.”
