Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “hi i am selling my 1954 Willy’s CJ3B jeep that i started to restore 5 years ago and now i just dont have time for it due to my company being busy. so far i have the motor and transmission bolted on and bolted to the frame. all the brakes are done on it and brakes lines have been replaces. the next thing for this jeep to keep going on it is to buy a tub for it. i have all repair manuals all the parts to finish this jeep except for the body. motor and transmission were rebuilt five years a go just needs little TLC and it should be good to go. i would love to keep it and finish myself,but just dont have the time for it. pics can be sent on my phone upon request. dont waste my time if your not interested. also i am willing to trade for a skid steer trailer that has the flip ramps or if you have any trailers that are close to that try me anyway might say yes. when responding to my add please put in head line 1954 Willy’s so i know its not spam thanks (PRICED TO SELL)”

This has some unusual features, including an imposing front bumper. The hood bump doesn’t make sense given the height of the current motor. The use of diamond plating in the rear is unusual, too.

(08/29/2012) This has the column shift, but it has bad floors.
“1946 cj2-a rare column shift ( 3 on the tree) complete jeep and clear title. almost new soft top and soft doors as well as all of the hardware. has been in storage since 1986. the only thing missing is the seats. the rear floor is rotted and a spot at the driver and passenger foot area’s as well. the rest is solid. frame is solid. no patches. included is a 1957 cj3b parts and clear title as well. for the 57 i have (complete) engine and transmission, four springs, both axles,front half of tub with vin tags,hood (perfect), windshield and frame(perfect), grill &radiator (perfect), nos rear quarters, side steps,etc. the 1957 cj3b is basically just missing the frame, wiring and floor.”
