This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1954 CJ3B Jeep Willys, F-Head 134 Hurricane motor, 6 volt system. PTO on back. Runs great. Also a set of 4 studded snow with 33 x9/50 rims. 33 x 9/50 on Jeep now.”

“Factory metal cab and 6 1/2 ft plow. 27,000 original miles. The Jeep runs great, but rough and rusty around the edges. Used it the last big snow storm, works great and good for those hard to get into places because its small. I have too many vehicles and already have a plow truck, so I cant justify keeping the Jeep. ”

(12/06/2010) It’s a 53 with a 63 title, the reasons for that isn’t explained.
“I have a 53 cj3b for sale runs drives has new brakes on it and lines, 4 wheel drive works runs good. its pretty rust free but definatly has been around as it shows lots of scars. would like to get 2200obo it has a 63 title and is clear and tags are current and good till 2011. not top frame or back seat, has new front glass and seal. this is a high hood jeep with the overhead valve motor in it. its a little different and you dont see them around much. please contact me if you are interested. email text or call me. brad seven six zero 855 three six six five”

This looks like a parts Jeep (post 1956 CJ-3B). This has a solid back. I’m assuming that is filled in, but the joint marks aren’t too obvious.
