About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“It will start and run, it’s complete, brakes need work.tub is in rough shape, I was gonna just patch holes make it a Rat rod, but it’s the most complete old jeep I’ve seen in a long time.just seeing what offers I get before I go to fixing stuff.”
Seller is advertising these as Tux Park seats, but I can’t tell if they are that or just a general pair of 2/3 1/3 seats.

“This is a 1969 Jeep CJ5. It was used as a snow plow and comes with all the hydraulics and parts except for the plow it self, also comes with an extra set of 5 original tires and rims. It has a new windshield frame, no windshield and THE original steel hard top AND matching doors. The motor runs and the transmission shifts very well. The rear breaks are out but the fronts are new. Has working transfer case and both axles are good. I recently drove it around the block and it had no problems but it is not road worthy. This Jeep is great for an offroad project or a donor for your own project. I want to sell and i’m ready to negotiate too.’
Rafael is selling his nice looking CJ-5 fire jeep. For more information, email him at rmvillalobos67@icloud.com
“Lead the Parade! This is a beautiful 1962 Willy’s CJ5 Fire Chief Jeep. Very clean. Clean title. Get comments and thumbs up everywhere it goes. Starts and runs very well. Light and siren are fully operational. New back seat and seat belts. It also has beautiful gold leaf graphics on its fire engine red paint. The interior has been sprayed with a color matched bedliner for additional protection. The only work it will require is a new emergency brake cable.”
“Selling a 1959 Willys CJ Jeep. Has no title, no engine, no trans, and no number plate. The frame is solid but the body has begun to rust in a few areas. Axles are good, front has lockout hubs. Comes with a couple seats, good dash, roll bar, rear view mirror. Can deliver for the right price. $500 or best offer, not really looking to part out.”

(03/03/2018) There’s just something about this CJ-5 I like. Must be the rims!
“1971 Kaiser Willys Jeep CJ5 ….. When I bought this Jeep it was a farm Jeep … used for running around the farm and such . Parked it in my garage and started the tear it down . But moved twice , and life just sort of got in the way .
I have many of the original parts and boxes of new stuff that will go with it !
It has a Chevy 4.3 l V6 ( Stainless headers thermo wrapped , Pertronix distributor , new carb . ) …. should give it much more get up and go ! Has the original 3 speed manual trans …Dana 27 front axel , Dana 40 rear .
The only parts I am missing are the front fenders ( They were just too rusted to save ! )
Has 4″ lift springs & shocks ,
New Bimini top , canvas doors , and lots of other parts in boxes ready for install .
Lots of work still needs to be done , so I do not want any buyer to think it just needs a little work to complete !
The photos are from before I started to tear it down !
I have parts kept in two garages and will start to get all in one place for a quick sale !”
