About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Chris shared this link. The flattie is listed as a 1951, but appears to be an early CJ-2A.
“I have for sale my 1951 and 1961 Willys jeeps. The 1961 runs and drives great, starts every time but the 1951 does need some work. The 1961 jeep has 10000 miles on a complete rebuild. They are both original.”
“1959 Willy’s CJ5 -Half Cab
Plow

Nearly complete (need to connect brake lights/plate light, connect new wiper motors)
It’s a Jeep, so yes it does have rust (inner wheel wells, and some floor rust), Frame is decent, outer body in good condition.
Have new carpet for floor.”
“Really nice Jeep that has zero rust in the floors.

(09/13/2017) This has some useable parts, may have the 30 spline offset axle, and definitely has a Warn OD. The front of the frame may have a twist.
“1971 jeep. The motor is a small block 350. The transmission and transfer case were totally gone through by six states. All seals, gears, bearings, angers have been replaced with new ones. $1000 was put into it having it rebuilt. The engine has 125lbs of compression on all eight cylinders. It has a new starter It has a brand new aluminum radiator. Need to get rid of it, I just don’t have a need for it anymore and not enough time to work on it. A leaf spring is broken. And some bolts have snapped that hold on the leaf spring to the frame. I tried to show this in the pictures. It was like this when I bought it. Some rust here and there as well. Almost everything that is black I recently powder coated.”
“1958 Willys Jeep, CJ-5, 4WD; Very low mileage since engine rebuild: Have owned since April of 1975. Have custom made beach wheels, with large tires, and the original wheels (that’s three sets of wheels ) . ; custom metal roof with metal hatch in back and wood doors; (never got around to making the doors, (that’s for you to do… )… This Jeep has been licensed and insured since I bought it, in 1975; and yes, we can go for a ride… If you like Jeeps and off-roading, we will have many stories to tell…
$4800, cash only. Clean title, Strong Engine, 4 cylinder, also Warn Hubs. Note; we are currently replacing the clutch, which may take a few weeks, as I do not get to work on it, as often as I would like to…. Call Bob, usually available from 9am to 9pm, in Riverdale, MD, close to the University of Maryland and the city of New Carrollton, near the intersection of Riverdale Road and the Baltimore – Washington Pkwy.”
Appears to have a plow, too. Seller calls the top a Tuxedo Top, but that’s a Meyer hardtop.
“I have a 1965 jeep CJ5 Kaiser Willys my dad bought new in 1966, also have a 1966 CJ5 for parts. The 65 has the original hurricane 4 motor that runs good, transmission and transfer case is good as are the axles, steering etc. Make no mistake it will need to be restored but everything to do so is here, the tuxedo top had been restored and ready to paint. Will take best offer over $1800. Call or text only, I will not email”
