About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Anyone know if this is the real deal? I’ve never seen one of these.
“This is a NOS dealership Jeep Levi edition salesman folder. This came in a folder from a file drawer if a closed down AMC Jeep dealership. New never used piece. 12 1/2 X 16 1/2”
“I have a 1957 willys cj5 for sale it runs and drives it needs work. The tires are like new. A lot has been done to it over the years and it is very sturdy, i drive it around on my property . I have a clear title for the jeep. It will start right up and go , but it lacks power in high gear up hill, goes great in low 4wd. Vacume wiper, it has been winterized from factory , it does have a heater , the doors and back hatch come off , you can remove the top but , I have not attempted it yet ,I have a gasket engine rebuild kit that also goes with the jeep. Please feel free to ( text me at 304-566-8780 this is a TEXT ONLY number) if you want me to call you either text me your number or email it to me , thanks for looking. Ill answer you back as soon as I get your message , I shouldnt be no more than a day getting back to you. :)”
The starting bid on this is only $1200. It looks pretty good and likely has the 30 spline offset rear differential. Those rims are pretty rare, too.
“Everything about this jeep screams cool. It is a really fun car to drive and definitely willget attention. I had it for 4 years in East Hampton tojust cruise around in. I really dont want tolet it go but I am living in NYC pretty much full time now. This is a great beach wagon and probably the best place for it is near sun and sand. It is definitely a great summer time car and a great project car for some one who doesn’t have a ton of time to spend on getting it back to original. The major overhaul work has been done. There are just a few more minor tweaks to make and then tackle the cosmetics which is the fun part.”
“I have two 1962 CJ5’s. They are in ruff condition and would be great winter projects.

“I have for sale a 1956 CJ5 jeep willys, it has been painted and partially restored by an individual. Has been converted from 6 volt system to 12 volt, has newer bikini top. The 4 wheel drive works, so it could be converted into a rock crawler. It is road ready, but does need brake work and lighing work. The tires are in fair condition. The interior DOES NOT have the original seats. The frame is solid with no rust. Transmission shifts fine and runs great. It is a 3 speed with reverse maual transmission. Has original ignition in it. This jeep is located in Greenup Kentucky. Please email any questions. The mileage is 120,000, it has a clear title.”
This includes a rear PTO. Looks like a good price despite needing a little work.
“1962 Willys Jeep. Easily restoreable . No visible rust, runs well, original 4 cyl engine, few owners, titled. Has full windshield frame. Good seats & interior. Needs brakes. Worn tires & PTO needs work and crack in windshield glass. But it’s in fine shape for an antique! Must see!”
