About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“54 Jeep Willy’s has as a CJ5 rust free frame completely sandblasted and undercoated also have VIN number and title for the frame the Jeep does not have a title straight 6 motor 4 speed transmission was told the motor runs but it does not have a carburetor. i Have the original frame to go with it has all suspension everything else has been stripped. plastic off-road seats has a set of 35 mud tires that go with it”
THIS INFO ABOUT THE FRAME IS FROM A March 16, 2018, ad:
“THIS IS A FRAME FROM A 1970 JEEP CJ5 CAMPER. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. I BOUGHT THE JEEP & CAMPER IN 1970 NEW IN SO. CALIF.
WE MADE A MOVE TO OREGON IN 1990 & I DISMANTLED THE CAMPER BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING BADLY & MY THOUGHT WAS TO BUILD A NEW CAMPER ON THE FRAME. I NEVER GOT TO IT. I SOLD THE JEEP A FEW YEARS AGO & NO NEED FOR THIS FRAME.
THE CAMPER WAS MADE BY EL DORADO CAMPERS IN RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA. THEY MADE CAMPERS FOR PICKUP TRUCKS & THIS WAS EQUAVALENT TO AN 8 FOOT PICK UP CAMPER.”

“No engine or trans No paperwork No trades Have sheet metal cut for rust spots on floors Has tag on firewall Frame is good except for up front where bumper mounts needs to be welded”
Jordan spotted this one. This pretty stock jeep is in rough shape, but includes an overdrive. The serial number indicates it was built in 1966 and the “C16” in the middle of the serial number prefix and suffix indicates it is a Canadian-built left-handed jeep with a factory V-6.
Body has some rust and at least one floor patch. I haven’t seen the front loop of a roll cage attach to a dash with just one bolt on each side like this one.
“1962 Willys Jeep CJ5 Dept. of Agriculture Forest Service Brush Truck 6. I do not have documented proof that this was an original fire Jeep but if it wasn’t someone went thru a lot of trouble to make it one. Starts, runs, stops and drives well. Prior to my ownership it appears to have been re-wired and a new generator was installed.
Looks like there’s value here. This has a Ramsey PTO and Winch.
“Would guess it’s a 50s willys Jeep. Has a good grille and looks like a pto driven winch. Drivetrain and frame still there. Would like to sell as a whole. Saw the winch alone for 600 on eBay. Would be great if someone wanted to part out what’s left.”
“All original as far as I know. Snow plow and Hydraulic pump was installed in 1960 as well. Runs and drives good. Everything works good for its age.
Firm on price!”
