This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Very good condition for 55 years old Original pto , 3rd owner . Originally A fire/ rescue truck , still have the water tank , & still have 4out of 5 of the holders that it filled for the firefighters to put a forest fire out The Briggs & Stratton that pumped the men’s backpacks full of water . Don’t have the backpack extinguishers though Ran great 2 years ago Started up today What’s it worth to someone ? I’ve had 20 years & it’s never been on the road since I’ve owned it Sold my mountain so no where to use it . Also have a plow for it”

“Jeep FC 170 Geared one ton axles w/air locker and spool Small block Chevy, manual trans. All custom!!! Needs steering completed. Will be starting to complete this in March if I don’t sell it.”
Bill’s got this FC-170 chassis for sale.
“I have a chassis, steering box, transmission and transfer case and both front and rear axles. I have an engine that would require rebuilding. I’m asking $400 for everything.

(06/08/2020) It’s rough. Has a tailgate.
“FC150 for sale. No engine or transmission. Bought in December and came to the realization I’m just not going to have time to restore it. Removed the bed and started removing the cab (cut bolts to body mounts). Have tailgate, and some other miscellaneous parts for the bed but majority of the bed was rusted out. Have front windshield glass and some side glass for the cab. Purchased it end of last year and just don’t have time to finish it. No title”
