This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1958 Willys FC170 Has a 59 Chevy 283 with a RARE T98 4 speed. Everything works and runs! Zero rust and bondo! Interior in progress. Have seen these going from $7k for a non running one up to $35k for a fully restored. MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER!”

“Six (6) Forward Control (FC) 170 Jeeps for parts. There is a lot going on here and a lot of parts. Four (4) of the Jeeps are parts Jeeps.
1.The one in first photo has Warn automatic hubs, an old power angle Meyers snow blade, a Jayhawk dump, a Koenig winch and dual PTO unit. It has a dealer added power brake system. The master cylinder has been rebuilt with a brass sleeve by White Post Restoration. It has not run for 2 years. Some of these parts are not installed. I think I have a title for this one. Will have to hunt for it.

“1964 fc170 jeep pickup. This is actually one of 64 ever made in a 2 door for the military. It’s a worthwhile project, no title. Everything needs attention but these models are extremely rare! No I don’t know if it runs. No I’m not interested in trades. Since it’s a military truck the sheet metal issues never bothered me because some easy riveted military style doubler plate repairs would just add character! I’ll clean it up this weekend and put it on ebay for the whole country to fight over so this week is your chance to get it before that happens! I hope to keep it if possible so no low balling! I haven’t tried to turn it over, I was planning on swapping in a newer v8. It has some old v8 in it, might be an international. I’ll get more pics tonight. I have equipment to help load it on your trailer.”
