(10/12/2017) Doesn’t run. The fenders give it a stepped look.
“1959 Willys Jeep Forward Control FC 170 for sale!! It has all it’s original drivetrain, flathead Continental 6 cylinder, with 3 speed transmission, transfer case, and Dana axles. It also has Warn lockout hubs.
The glass is all in it, the rear window has a small crack, and the driver’s window is cracked. None of the other glass is broken, but some of it has fogged along the bottoms from age. The cab is in good shape, only has some small spots of rust that I’ve shown in the pictures. Small hole in the passenger side cab corner, (below battery compartment) some small holes in floor boards, and just behind the front bumper. Overall not bad at all. The bed is another story, it has rust in the stake pockets, and the floor.
The truck was originally red and white.
I’ve never tried to get it running, although the engine isn’t stuck and it supposedly had ran. I bought from an elderly man who was the second owner, and had owned it since the early sixties. It only shows 35K on the odometer, he said he only used it for hunting trips.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $6500.
Needs more work. Has a variety of updates.

Two projects or parts.
“I have TWO Rolling Chassis. The goal was to combine these two trucks in a restoration project and have since had a little boy and need more than two seats to justify restoring an old truck but I really LOVE the FC trucks. Below I will provide the very best details I have.
1958 FC-150 body and tub (no drive train). Great shape. Barn kept from southern Colorado in the desert.
Exterior: Minimal rust (mainly in the bed seams), cab corners are great and rust free. Windshield and rear window but no side glass. Spare tire, gas tank and tailgate all present. Front and rear bumpers are original. Tires hold air but are not road worthy. I have a set of 31×10.5R15 that are in good shape that will go with the truck. Great Patina!!

Will need some work.
“I have a nice, 90% rust free FC 170 for sale. Came from Reno Nevada to Florida this year. My plan was to do a full resto, but I found a J300 DRW I will do instead.
This truck was originally owned by an Aviation Company in the mid west and still has the metal inventory tag. It runs and drives well, with the stock 226-6, 3 spd T90,. the body is really nice for a FC. Frame excellent, rain gutters excellent, glass fair, floors are amazingly good, fenders good, doors not rusty, just need body work. Some amateur body work was started by the prev owner, but there is much to work with here. This truck is 100% stock, except for a plexiglass dash (no idea) and some bucket seats. I have a stock uncut dash that goes with the truck for you, but not the seats.
Take a look at the pics. FC’s are very popular and are difficult to find in decent condition. No low ball offers, but I may entertain an offer close to 6500. You wont lose money on FC’s – why they are so hot – I have no idea.”
