WW2 First Aid Kit $75
This aide kit came with a surplus WW2 jeep Charles’ brother bought in 1946. However, it doesn’t appear to be a WW2 jeep kit. Anyone have additional insights (I don’t know anything about these).
Charles notes: “The kit is metal, 8″X5″X2.5″ olive drab with a Red Cross symbol on the top. I could find no numbers of any kind. On the directions for use inside is the name of the company that distributed it. (First Aid Supply Co., 32 West 22nd St, New York 10, NY)”

Proper Markings for a CJ-3A APU Navy Jeep?
Tom was wondering if anyone knows what the proper markings for a CJ-3A APU Navy Jeep might be? He’s been restoring a Modified by O.E.Szekely & Assoc jeep, but can’t find any information on the markings. I didn’t have any luck either.
This page show some markings on the APU jeep on the bottom, but are those correct? My understanding is that the vehicles were purchased by the Navy. I’m unclear how many were used by the Marine Corps: http://www.ewillys.com/2013/03/25/the-o-e-szekely-apu-navy-jeeps/

1956 Article about the Super Drake on eBay
While the concept of the Super Drake was tested, I don’t believe it ever achieved production (at least I couldn’t find anything about it).
“An Original 1956 ONE-Page pictorial that was removed from a vintage Magazine. Perfect size to mat and frame, it measures 6½ x 9¼ inches.
Article Excerpt: “With eight wheels, all of them powered, the Army’s latest amphibious vehicle, the Drake, can outride the heaviest surf.”
Shown on bottom of page is the first 2 1/2-ton Duck, the 4-ton Superduck and the Drake.”
