This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This runs and drives, but needs some work.
“Front end and frame match numbers. Tub has been replaced with 50’s Willys jeep tub. 1943 MB Willys flat head 4 cylinder engine.Will run and drive, but needs to be gone through. Needs body work. Has tow bar. Transmission and transfer case work but needs some maintenance.”

This looks to be a GPW based on the front cross member.

This looks like a good price. Since the first GPW wasn’t built until February of 1942, I suspect this is not a ’41.
“Ford military jeep. New battery, plugs, head gasket, coolant, brake flush, with flex lines replaced where needed. Runs and drives, gages work, windshield is clear. Fuel tank is clean and does not leak. Older restoration.”
