“1942 Ford Arny Jeep. 5000.00 OBO
Good running condition”
Hasn’t been started in 10 years. It’s listed as a 1952, but looks to most likely a GPW with a CJ-2A grille and CJ hood.

“Jeep was parked in about 2009 when spouse got sick. Has not been moved or started since. It was my 20th wedding anniversary present. Time for me to move on.
Has clear title. $5,000.00 or best offer.”
Some better pics would be useful.

“Here you have a 1943 Ford GPW. Very easy restoration finish have all the parts down to the axe and shovel. Including new military soft top and metal frame. 4 cylinder engine, military tires, and power steering (yes power steering). It is a strong running Jeep, drive anywhere.”
Jon shared this one. It has a few changes.

“For sale is a WWII Ford GPW – 1943. Electrical harness replaced a couple years ago – asking $25000 – serious inquiries only please. No time wasters.”
Has the MB cross member up front. Either it’s an early GPW or it’s mix of parts.

“\Motivated to sell before winter.
VT Registration previously – No Title
Retrofitted back seat and seat belt for road use
Hasn’t been operated for at least 15 years
We hoped to work on it and have this as a fun town vehicle, but haven’t found the time. It’s been in the fam for about 30 years and I road in it as a kid. Very fun! I’d love to see it running again and someone enjoying it.”
Has updates.

“1943 Ford GPW, I do have a title for it. It’s in rough shape, I have a gpw block, multiple heads, t-90 and t-84 trans and Transfer cases. A lot of other miscellaneous parts to put together this jeep. I will do a great package deal to sell the jeep. Will include all necessary parts to make one complete gpw. Reasonable offers will be accepted.”
Includes the car trailer. Has a set of early Free-Lock hubs.

“1942 Ford GPW with a 2.0L pinto motor. Still has T90 and T18 combo with a D25 closed knuckle front and D44 in the rear. Needs to be finished, just needs valve cover gasket, valve cover, plugs, wires, fluids and it’ll start right up. I replaced the head gasket and just never finished. Also needs a little work on exhaust hangers but otherwise a great little Offroad vehicle. Soft top needs passenger side window. Has full soft doors. Sitting on 31’s.”
I believe this is a GPW with a CJ-3A body on it.
