Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Like to trade a 1952 willys cj3 rat rod project. Has Model A front drop axle and transverse spring with hairpin radius rods. Rear is Ford 9″ with triangulated 4 link. Don’t have a motor or trans. Home built frame from 3/16″ 2×3 tubing. Looking for something in the 50’s coupe, wagon or open to other cars. Must have clear title and not rusted completely out.”

Motor has less then 500 miles on it. all the Papers on the motor including the cam card. Coupled to a 350 automatic trans. It has been Chopped 6″ ,Channeled 7″, Stretched 12″ . Bagged on the Front and Air shocks on the back for the perfect ride hight and comfort. OTHER FEATURES; Train Horn, Hand made Tilt Steering, Sun Roof with Rag top, Electric exhaust Cut Outs. “1950 Willys jeep pickup cab, HOT ROD. Front fenders and hood mounted on a 1988 s-10 Chassis. Fatman Coil over front suspension, Mustang ll power rack and pinion, Stock Rear end with air shocks, SSBC disc brakes on all 4 wheels by echelon with Bridgestone Tires. Alum. Fuel Cell with Holley Electric pump and Braided Steel Lines. Custom Flat bed lined with Kiln Dried Hickory and Hickory side rails. The interior is Lumina bucket seats, custom dash with VDO gauges, Mercedes Carpeting, Custom Door panels with Willus Logo covered in Leather. Power windows, Power door locks, Hurst shifter, Full headliner and back wrap, IDIDIT tilt column, painless wiring harness and Fuse box. The Engine is a 1993 Chevy 454, Fabricated valve covers, Edelbrock Chrome Manifold with Inglese adaptor and Weber sidedraft (2) carburetors, complete MSWD ignition system (6AL), Chrome headers, High flow water pump, billet aluminum brackets. The trans ins a turbo 350 built by Michigan Racing Transmission, No kick down but standard shift pattern. Griffin Alum. Radiator with electric fan, and a 1929 model A front bumper. Here’s a neat wagon.
“I have a chopped 1953 willys wagon.
350 SBC,350 tran. 76 camaro ft clip with air ride, ford rear also have Chevy rear end that goes with it, new HEI distributor, fresh 650 holly vac, nice Polished Torque thrust wheels, newer tires,17in in back and 16 in ft, new flow master exhaust, new wiring harness in box. Many original parts, PS and PB, tagged and titled in TN(title) in hand. Fresh paint, more pics upon request. NEEDS… Rear windows and seals and the interior needs finishing. Very drivable as is and just returned from a car show that was about 250 mile round trip mostly interstate. A lot of work has gone into the ride! These are hard to find! I have added a pic of the day I brought it home just to give someone an idea of what has been done.”
