“M151A1 (Mutt), with a delivery date of 1/1968. This Mutt is like a woman I know, she looks good at a distance, but up close she is rough. It has been cut and welded back together. There is major rust and rot on the 2 main support beams of the body where it was cut. Please look at the pictures closely and ask questions you might have before you bid. If you are proficient in welding and sheet metal repair, you might could repair the body. If not, this can be a donor Mutt for replacement parts you might need. Complete powerpack is included and the motor turns freely. Included in the auction is a battery pan ($120), a full replacement underbody repair kit ($700), (but this does not include the main beams replacement), engine gasket kit ($80) and rubber boot kit ($30). No title, but it will come with a bill of sale.”

Given the hardtop, there seems to be value here.

“1968 Ford M15
I don’t know anything about it other than it came from Kentucky around the Fort Campbell area. It has a 24 volt system and the batteries were bad when I bought it. I have herd it run and it sounded fine but hasn’t been started in a while.”

Seems like a good price given it runs. Will need some work (has a plexiglass windshield).

“Moving to another project! Daily driver for three years! Runs well. Good rubber. Radio (524)powers up(unknown if transmits). Fresh paint and undercoating. Never cut. Ropes. Newly cored radiator ($500). Been in many parades in Bellevue. New drivers floor pan installed”

“Barn Find M151A1 made by Ford. UNCUT, and rolls freely. Tires all hold air. Disconnected fuel, hooked up batteries, and poured fuel in the carb and it fired right up and ran until it ran out of fuel in the carb. didn’t want to run with the the fuel tank hooked up until i get the tank emptied and new fuel put in. All lights work with exception of one headlight. Transmission shifts fine. Comes with original seat cushions, and 2008 manufactured canvas A1 top with the two windows in rear. Has small rust areas as seen in the photos, but a FANTASTIC barn find.”

Could make a good project for someone.

“Un-cut M151a1. Restored 10 years ago in Az. Last run in 2015 and got 24 mpg. Great utility collectors vehicle. Have manuals and many parts suppliers. Must sell, I can’t provide the care it deserves now”
