Listed as a 1942 GPW, it looks more like a compilation of parts. May have an overdrive. The body has M-38-like cut in the cowl, yet has no side tool indents.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
(08/30/2014) Sounds like it is still 24 volt.
“Drives like a willy’s and engine runs great even with poor carb rebuild. Two new batteries. All new plugs. New fuel cell, lines, and fuel pump. Extremely low miles, odometer reads 30k. Lights work and most importantly a monster of a heater. Custom enclosure and doors. Comes with a snow plow. The hydraulic motor and ram are the only things I have not addressed. The rear of the bucket is toast but the rest is pretty good. Just don’t have the time to finish this project. This vehicle has no title, but there may be one in the files of the International college on Federal. If you wish to rebuild a title is should not be a problem. I have a bill of sale from them and they may even have found the original by now. This all original Willy’s except for parts mentioned is in pretty darn good shape. Just needs someone with the know how and gumption to really finish her off.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $9800
(12/23/2014) Looks solid.

This one is parade ready.
“completely solid MC M38 Army jeep, not a look alike. these were the direct decedent of the MB WWII JEEP, used during the Korean War and Vietnam, they were replaced by the M38A1 and M151. converted to 12volt. many new parts with mild restoration. runs drives great. you will see many willys for sale out there, but this is the real deal. $10500 cash or possible partial trade for something equally as cool. Bill of sale only as Georgia does not issue titles for vehicles this old, it is licensed and insured in my name. NO CARS, NO JUNK.”
Looks like a line up of jeeps behind the M-38.
“Frame off restoration, All Original; less than 20 Kilometers since restoration; T90 3spd, 4wd; runs perfectly; kept in garage; canvas in good shape; black out lights.”
