The original engine was removed and replaced with a Ford straight six and as a result a portion of the fire wall was removed. Has original tub, fenders, tail gate, transfer case, axles, frame, transmission, and hood.
Gauges do not work, wiring in poor condition. Driver side floor requires patch and repair, right side floor and cargo floors in fair condition.
The jeep does start and can be driven but, will require time and effort to make it roadworthy. If you are looking for a M38 Jeep for parts or restore, this might be just for you. The M38 has the strongest flat fender frame, T90 transmission, and Dana 44 rear axle.”
