1952 M-38 Belfair, WA SOLD

Looks like this also has a Bobcat hood.

“This flat fender Jeep was born as a post-World War ll 1952 Willy’s M38 military Jeep. At some point in its life it received an all-aluminum Buick V8 (215 CID), fiberglass fenders and hood, Rancho freedom rider lift, 31×10.5×15 tires, Con-Ferr shackles, full cage, unique diamond plate type rear wrap, steps, and dash. It still has the stock transmission and transfer case with PTO. PTO winch is included. Stock axle assemblies, I do not know the gear ratios or if it has lockers/LSDs; however, it does have factory axle tags for LSD fluid required.

1951 M-38 Green Bay, WI $3700

This has a half cab Cab Enclosure. My assumption is that this was custom cut down into a half cab. I suspect the Cab’s part number can definitively document whether the cab is originally a full cab or not.

“1951 M38 military Jeep. Transfer case and Motor completely rebuilt. Frame and body restored. Everything is original. It has been updated from 24v to 12 volt. Have the original field manual. May need a ring gear on the flywheel or a starter which I have have. Not in any hurry to sale. I just hate to see it sitting. $10,000. OBO.”
