These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (01/12/2018) “Restored has Chevy V8 in it 4 speeds manual, overdrive, 5.38 gears, disc brakes up front, 11″ drums back, power steering, dual shocks, does 60 no prob on freeway, but of course not his preferred environment…
Collector plates WA clear title.
Runs and stops really nice, has slanted soft top and bikini top, new seat covers.
Would not consider as a daily driver just because it is a 1953 jeep so not like driving a modern car…”

“This is a 1955 M38A1 in very good condition. very clean inside and out, it has been stored in a warehouse since its purchase in 2014. this is a 24v system with a clean generator, newer brake lines, and carb. Would be very nice to add to the collection or to take in a parade. It has 40,334 miles on the vehicle. Killswitch added to keep form any draw on the batteries/keep it from getting stolen. asking 10K or best reasonable offer. ”

“I have almost 2 complete m38a1 jeeps. Tons of extras. Spare tire carriers pintle hitches 2 fuel tanks. Axles fenders hoods and lots of military parts. I have one that runs If u work on it. Window frames a set of glass for wind sheild and stuff i cant remember. I wld like to get 2800 for all of it. All have rust and need restored. One has original paint. One thats almost complete is a m38a1c which carried the recoiless rifle. I have one title and paperwork for the c model. The titles can b found and bought for these old jeeps. Shoot me a offer”
