These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (02/28/2014) There are some original and some not so original parts (note the customized transfercase cross member). I don’t see full floating hubs on the rear, either.

“Up for sale a Willys Jeep original frame tag has the original VIN that falls in the 1945 production year. No longer in the DMV system, sold with bill of sale. NO TITLE IN HAND BILL OF SALE ONLY. Rolls and steers does not run. The spark plug wires and distributor cap are missing, will need some love to get running again. No scammers, spammers, resellers, Nigerian dignitaries, leave phone number if you want to come look at it. Price is negotiable but lowballers need to come look at it and have cash in hand and a trailer to haul it away.”

Value unclear.
“45 Willy’s Jeep has 1967 289 motor in it. Started as a project but don’t have time. Has stock rims, hood, fenders, stock axel’s, transfer case. Could part out, but would rather sell as whole. Make Offer $$ It does have a title.”

Runs and drives. Might have an interesting history. I wonder if the ordinance plate indicates it was remanufactured in Japan.
“For sale 1944 Jeep Willys from the US Army and Boyscouts. There is a small amount of rust, but otherwise good condition. It has an F Head motor and comes with an extra motor as well. It still has the original owner’s manual and an Ordinance Department plate for Japan.”
