Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. 1943 Willys Overland MB Jeep. Looks like it just drove off the battlefield. Complete WWII historical vehicle with all the canvas and tools, to include tire pump, engine hand crank and shovel with axe. Jeep was frame-off restored in 2004 with mostly new old stock parts. Runs great.

“I have clean title 45 willys flat fender jeep that has a flat head 6 that runs awesome. It has some things that it needs like the windshield has cracks in it and it needs a battery and a needle jet for the carb.

Sounds like a mix of military parts. Looks solid.
“Rare Army jeep with Willys frame and Ford GPW body. Just had the entire brake system redone. Runs and drives well. A great WWII military Jeep. Has a tow bar that can be easily removed and a 12 volt system.”

“1943-1947 ? Not real sure on the year but has the flathead 4 and the 3 speed. As far as i know the drive train is all original , the body is rough. The jeep runs and drives well. Have been using it for a hunting rig for years and it will go where you probably shouldn’t and will run for a long assed time on a tank of fuel. Has good rubberon all 4. Will make an excellent restoration donor or continue to use it for hunting.”
