(02/10/2013) “This is a 1944 Willys MB WWII Military Jeep that is in very restorable condition…..The serial number is 354786 with a delivery date of 7-28-1944……. I have the original date plates…..The engine starts and runs, has a rear main seal leaking…..Transmission and transfer case shift and work, first gear comes and goes…..The brakes do not work…Still has the original 6 volt electrical system…..Tires are fair and hold air…..The frame and body are in good condition…..The frame has some rust, but is in usable condition with some body work….The windshield frame is rusty and the glass is broken…..I bought two new seat frames and a new gas tank…..This would be an easy restoration if you are looking for an original MB Jeep….I do not have a title only a bill of sale……..Asking $4500.00 or make me an offer…reply to this post for more info or I can email you more pictures….If you don’t have a trailer I can deliver this for $1.00 a mile one way…..”

UPDATE: I haven’t seen a Craigslist ad for this place since last year.
This place looks interesting. How about that first pic?
“I have parts for MB, CJ-2A, 3A, 3B, 5’s, and for Willys trucks and wagons. Please let me know if your looking for a certain part. If I don’t have I can probably find it! I also have many vehicles that would make great starter projects for restorations or rock crawlers”
I’m not sure how much value there is here.
“Looking for a project this is perfect for you,Willy’s flat frame Jeep with 2 bodies ,327, roll cage to frame,36 12.515 boggers on steel spokes, race seats no covers or belts. Ran 4 years ago been sitting. I don’t have a title to either Jeep.$500 obo, call Brian.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4250.
This appears to have MB running gear and tub with a CJ front clip. It appears solid.
“1946 Willys Jeep. Original 2.2 iron duke with 6 volt. It has a 3 speed and i believe 5.38 gears. Runs and drives. Current registration. Has not been modified so if you want to make a custom crawler this is a great start.
$4,250”
The body looks like a DJ-3A. The rear axle hubs suggest this could be a mb/gpw frame and running gear.
“40s model willys jeep good shape needs brake work and carb rebuild kit runs but carb leaks gas at gaskets will crank lights work 4wd works great asking 2500 Obo call or text 4782976217”

Unclear if this runs. It’s got some M-38 parts.
“Have title. Project mostly original. M38 grill and window. Complete drive train. Flat head engine. T90 tranny. Steering box upgrade. Make me an offer. May trade for rv.”
