This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. We used it every deer season then it got covered and stored. It is the rarer of the 1942 mb models it has a glove box and the slat grill . It also has historical plates. UPDATE: Dexter forwarded some pics he received. This is pretty beat up. It was originally listed as a MB, however I think this is a mix of parts. The seller wants $800.

Some of what’s for sale: Dodge Ramcharger, 3 Dodge trucks including ’66 3/4 ton Power Wagon, 4 Broncos, 3 Blazers, Jeep Cherokee, Toyota, Chevy Luv, 2 Isuzu Troopers and ’42 Willy’s Jeep. It runs but is missing the radiator. Many other trucks and parts for sale also. Tool boxes, ladder racks, hitches, doors, fenders, glass. Many junk cars that need to be hauled off if your interested. About 30 travel trailers and motor homes too. Also have ’70 dodge Challenger 340, automatic. This appears to have a later model rear end and windshield. What’s that stick out the rear passenger’s side?
“1941 Willys Quartermasters Jeep. Excellent body and undercarriage. Solid floor pan, no rust, stored indoors. Ran great when parked app. seven years ago. Now needs starter solenoid, water pump, and carb kit. Engine turns freely. Great for the ranch or lease. Have title.”

(03/28/2010) This has a few updates.
“We aren’t too sure of what exact year it is but we did find out that it could be in between the years of 41-51 body style. The engine we know was taken out of another jeep a little newer then the body. Its an F-head with the valve cover on top so it was taken out of a jeep from the years 53-63. We found that it’s very common for people to switch out the engines from that year because it’s better performance.
The jeep has very little rust and all of it is surface rust that we can find. It doesn’t have a transmission unfortunately or i would be driving it. i have a magazine that sells parts for jeeps and we found a transmission for it and it would only cost about 1500 dollars which isn’t bad for this old of a jeep. I would fix it up myself but i don’t have money and i really need a vehicle. Right now it’s an open title. I want to sell for $3000 OBO”

A while back, Tom told me his dad has stories from WWII about flipping Jeeps on their side to work on them. After some digging, he managed to locate this for our viewing pleasure. Many Thanks Tom! See some other tipped jeeps here.
