About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(01/03/2018) I hope it has an updated frame with all that power.

The grille is 2A, but the rest of the body parts appear military. Lots of drivetrain mods.

“WW2 military army Jeep that someone put on a Suzuki Samurai chassis. I picked this up in a trade and it was not running and unfinished. Everything under the sheet metal is Samurai: engine, trans, transfer case, axles, fuel tank and frame. Has WW2 jeep body, with axe and shovel holders with axe and shovel, spare tire holder, gas can holder, front seats with new cushions, new gauges (need to be hooked up). Has new top and top bows.
“1941 Willys MB military Jeep. With hard top and doors. Has a Ford straight 6 overhead valve turns over by hand running condition unknown. Manual transmission, twin stick transfer case. Body is in rough condition has sheet metal floor pan and original floor is rusted out. Lots of good restoration parts. The body is probably too far gone to be restored but would make a great rock crawler mud Bogger or Farmtruck. Sorry but due to scams I don’t open email. Please call or text me.”
(12/28/2017) This could be a good price. It includes the trailer.

It’s certainly well-equipped, but there aren’t enough pics to tell how original it is or isn’t.

“Meticulously and authentically restored” 1941 MB? With all due respect to Mr. Weinberg, it’s nicely rebuilt, but this has authenticity shortcomings (the grille, the dash, the wheels, and the gas tank for starters).
“Seller’s Description: 1941 WILLYS MB MILITARY JEEP for sale. Motorcar Classics is proud to present this spectacular 1941 Willys MB Jeep. This genuine WWII Jeep, which saw service in the European Theater, was meticulously and authentically restored by Max Weinberg to honor the military service of his wife, Beckys, father, uncle, and cousin, whose names and service records within the United States Army Signal Corps are inscribed on the right side of the vehicle.
Mr. Weinberg personally researched the history of the Jeep with the Department of defense and its history is documented. The markings, numbers, and military insignias are true to its original configuration. We have never seen a military Jeep restored to such a high standard. Continue reading →
