About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(11/09/2022) I have to say I was more curious about the Sand Jalopy Hot Rod than the jeep. The jeep seems to have a DJ-3A body. Neither seems to have much value.
Bill shared this rare UAZ for sale. It’s supposed to be a zero mileage vehicle. The buy-it-now price is $29,900. I don’t know if that is a good price or not.
“A true Soviet Army SUV, this particular one is very rare due to the fact that it has no mileage, it was Army conservation and later purchased by former army general who kept it in climate controlled garage until we bought it and imported into the US. All export and import duties are paid; it is now titled in IN and can be registered in any state in the US.
It’s practically like new with very few flows that I tried to show in pictures.
The 2.5-liter inline-four features a single carburetor and sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a twin-stick dual-range transfer case, making it very versatile.”

“This is a project with about $12,000.00 invested in parts and a lot of labor. This was ment to be a pick up and would be a cool finished vehicle. Working out of state has made it impossible for the owner to finish. The cab and chassis has a used v6 engine, front and rear end. The trans. is a 350 turbo rebuilt with truck internals. The transfer case is a Dana 300 rebuilt. The springs are new. The wheels and tires are used, but there is a new set of wheels. There is also a Buick rebuilt long block and rebuilt Dana 44 front and rear Axles. The front has a Detroit locker and Warn hubs. Two pallets of parts used and new. Selling as parts/ project w/ title.
I would like to sell as a package, but may consider offers as parts.”

“Vintage racing Jeeps aren’t around every corner, making this listing pretty unusual. Here on eBay is a 1976 Jeep J10 said to be a Baja racer, bid to $2,025 with no reserve. The vehicle is located in Caldwell, Idaho, and this tip came to us courtesy of T.J. The seller’s ad is unfortunately short of details, so we’ll have to fill in the blanks as best as we can. We do know the Jeep J10 started out under the Gladiator name, a vehicle that was produced from 1962 through 1988 in one form or another. By the time this Jeep was made, the two-wheel drive option had given way to the much more popular four-wheel drive. The paint scheme indicates Marlboro as a sponsor; the driver’s name is Mike Honcho and the co-driver is Gator McKlusky. Mike Honcho was the Playgirl-posing alias of the Cal McNaughton Jr character in Talledega Nights. Burt Reynolds played the Gator McKlusky character in White Lightening, a movie produced in 1973, but the movie car was a Ford Galaxie, not a Jeep. The truck is set up to tow behind your race trailer.”
“1979 J-20 Jeep. Runs and drives. Plow works. Transmission was serviced last year. Used to plow parking lot of shop since 2008. Leaks power steering fluid. Brakes need attention. Truck is rough, don’t expect a gem.”
