Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The shape of the top is Porter & Reed-like, but I’ve not seen one with those large windows. I wonder if they were added later?

“Selling a soft top that was found in storage. It was never installed, so it’s new in the box, but the box was open. I believe all parts are with it, but would have to go one-by-one through the instructions. It looks complete.
It fits Willys Jeep MB models. 1941-45
That model top was discontinued by Bestop, and now they sell only the CJ2A civilian & newer models. I believe the only difference is the windshield frame height, as they indicate in the instructions page, it is 23 vs 25″. I don’t know if it can be adapted to work on other ones other than swapping the windshield frame. This is black crush – aka vinyl shiny black.

It’s needs some work, but this top can be shortened into a top for a CJ-5.
“Factory Jeep hardtop for a ’65 CJ6. This top is complete but has rust on the bottom of the sides. Only surface rust present except for the left & right side which are corroded as shown.
Very unique top as is fits both a CJ5 and a CJ6 – the center section removes for CJ5.
All windows intact, doors, and liftgate all complete and all hardware, hinges, etc are included.
Looks to be quite restorable with some repair to the sides, the PO had welded the top to the Jeep body.
No dents or damage other than the rusted areas as shown.”

“Pair of original Jeep seats (drivers and passenger seat). Not sure what year or model Jeep — possibly Willys, CJ, CJ2a, CJ3a, CJ3b or CJ5. Seats are in good condition with a few minor tears. Frames and springs are in excellent condition. Front seat adjuster works well, but is only latching on one side.”

Includes grill, right and left fenders, radiator, headlight buckets and rings, air cleaner, steering column and steering box, driveshafts, clutch and brake assembly, pedals, entire steering tie rod ends, choke and throttle cables, and electrical switches (high and low beam, starter switch), and much more. All original equipment. ”

(08/16/2016) Has a little rust.
“I have a Kelly Hardtop off of a 1952 CJ3A. It has been kept in a shed up off the ground. It also has some minor surface rust, no holes. The lift gate is included. I also have new safety glass for it. The little windows in the back make this item even more desirable.”
No titles is sellers name.
“For Sale: (3) Willy’s Jeeps. 1946-1947; standard / manual on the floor. (1) of the Jeeps is a bonified MB the other two are CJ’s. However, one of the CJ’s has a Ford GPW frame.
The MB has a #2 chipped piston and does not run–this motor is pristine inside, but someone assembled the distributor gear in backwards when it was rebuilt, so it was 180 out, hence the chipped piston. I have four brand new pistons that go with this jeep.
The CJ’s/Ford both have Willy’s L-head / flat-head motors and do run. Not one of the jeeps for sale are driveable, but they are all three rolling chassis.
One has a gear reduction starter installed. All three have very nice 12V conversions done.
Jeeps are in various stages of repair / mock-up. All the parts are either installed or in boxes. One is severely rusted and will need a new tub.
First $3250.00 in cash O.B.O. takes all three jeeps. Will consider trades WITH cash.
I do not have title in my name to any the jeeps I am selling. The Ford Framed Jeep with the CJ Grill and tub does have an open title; (not in my name.).
