This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I have this chrome scattershield I doubt I’ll be using. There weren’t many made, so it is an unusual piece.

“Not too long ago I purchased a 1943 Ford GPW Jeep and it came with this hardtop already on it. I got it from a farm in eastern Washington near Yakima and was used as a cold weather top. Since I am in the process in restoring the Jeep, I’m not going to put the hardtop back on my Jeep, so it has to go! The top is from a late 1920’s to early 1930’s Ford, Chevy, Dodge or Buick. It has suicide doors, original rear view mirror and a windshield wiper motor (see photos). The body is sliver in color with red primer in places. It has a hole in the roof which is covered by a plywood board, which that whole area would have been cloth at one time. The windows on the doors are plexiglass and the rest of the glass windows are cracked bedsides the one on the driver’s side. Very restorable with minimal rust and no bad cancer areas.”

“Half Cab Willys Jeep top with doors. Designed for a CJ3A but came off of a 1952 M38 so it will fit your military jeep. I believe it will fit a CJ2A also, but I’m not sure. If your interested in early jeeps you will know what if will fit. All glass in in-tact, no cracks and clear. Rough in certain spots some dents and cracks, nothing a welder and some elbow grease can’t remedy. $200 ”

“I am parting out two CJ-2a Willys Jeeps and have parts from other restorations. T-90 transmissions parts and engine parts like blocks, heads, oil pans. Have two good frames for CJ-2a a windshield frame for 3-A PTO parts, fenders for ’50 pick-up . Can also recondition parts if needed and/or total restoration of CJ-2, CJ-3, jeepster or Pick-up.
