About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“A Tonka Toys Jeep Dune Biggy in the box. The box does show some light soiling and wear. The jeep also shows some light soiling/wear. There is some light surface rust on the axles, very minor. There are two stickers that say Tom on them, I have not tried to remove them. Overall a nice used boxed toy.”
This is cool. Was the branding added or did U-Haul really make these?

“VERY RARE VINTAGE GERMAN CLOCKWORK JEEP WITH THREE OCCUPANTS

THIS MODEL AND THE FIGURES HAVE BEEN OVER PAINTED AND IS MISSING THE SPARE WHEEL ,WINDSHIELD AND RADIO ANTENNA.THE FRONT FENDER HAS BEEN BENT UPWARDS.
THE STEERING WHEEL TURNS THE FRONT WHEELS ,THE GEAR STICK SEEMS TO OPERATE BUT CANNOT TELL FOR SURE AS THERE IS NO KEY. GREAT RESTORATION PROJECT.”
“For sale is an early 80’s Pepsi Promotional Jeep Go kart. Rare, Runs and drives great. This would be a great project to restore for parades or car shows. The fiberglass has some breaks and cracks in it as you can see in the pictures. It has a 3hp Briggs and Straton motor. The last picture is of one I found on the internet to show what they looked like when new. This is not a picture of mine. My go kart did not come with a windshield or have any indication of ever having one.”
“You are bidding on a vintage U.S. Armed Forces Battle Front Giant Set. This set is in the original box. All the items in the set are plastic and are in very good condition. I am noting items that are broken or things that I see, but I am not an expert on these toys. So, please take a close look at the pictures that I have posted. Manufactured by Multiple Products Corporation, New York, NY. Made in the USA. The set includes tank, weasel, exploding bridge, missile carrier, shooting cannon, personnel carrier, 2 jeeps, one with a canapy, army truck, 3 tents (one says U.S. Army N.Q. 351st Infantry), 5 pieces of barbed wire fences, 5 drivers (blue men that are sitting), 30 soldiers, and accessories.
The bridge does not explode. There is a spring on the bottom, and what appears to be a broken part in the box, so it does not work. There is a white missile with a red base (not pictured), but I don’t know what vehicle it goes with, or even if it goes with the set. It is possible that there is a part missing from one of the vehicles that holds this missile. The cannon has the spring, and it pulls back to shoot something, but I don’t know what. The canapy on the army truck does not appear to sit properly and stay on. One of the tents is missing 2 legs. It is possible that there were more than 5 pieces of barbed wire fence. Accessories: There are 6 rifles, some of the soldiers have helmets which can be removed and put on other soldiers. There are a few belts and bullet proof vests, but there were probably more accessories in the original set. The items are clean except for some dust on some of the vehicles. The vehicles appear to have all their wheels and they do not look broken.”
I know Smokey the Bear, but never heard of Sandy the Bear. This includes a box in poor condition.
“This is a vintage battery operated Cragstan Jeep with Flexible Smokey Bear and Sandy bendy figures in original box. Made in Hong Kong. Model # 2579-1. About 11″ long. Toy is in C9.5+ shape. I put batteries in and it worked well (the gear lever is the on and off switch) but the battery door can barely close due to poor manufacturing tolerances. Box is in C4 shape, pretty torn up as you can see in the pics.”
