This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Seller seems upfront about the non-stock items. The combo looks nice.

This is a fully running and fairly original Jeep. i drive it a lot. engine is a 1950 Go-Devil 134 4 cylinder, stock transmission/x-fer case, stock brakes. recent head work and some inserts. totally fun to drive. the trailer has it’s original unit number, landed on D-day, at the battle of the Bulge, and more,,,,, drive it as is or restore, your call. Will trade up for complete Dodge WC50, 51, 54, 56 or Harley-Davidson WWII WLA. Extras include summer top, windshield cover, WWII era correct camo net for a jeep. Original combat rims on the trailer, re-pops on the Jeep.”

This could be a good price. Seller indicates this was a never assembled, crate bought M-38. And, it includes a trailer!

Three brand new 7.00 x16 Tires with new tubes as well. Custom aluminum Top which opens or can be removed very easily. Original landing leg , with Pintle hook Lunette, and original safety chains. All original Tags in place and in great shape.Custom diamond plate nerf bars and Willys logo. Custom pin striping on trailer and large Military Ammo box mounted on Trailer. UPDATE: **SOLD** Appears in good shape.
“This 1945 Army Jeep with Willys trailer was meticulously restored by my uncle Erv.
From what I remember, he did a ground up restoration in the 1990’s and paid attention to detail. I do know he added and electric fuel pump a few years ago.
Erv was a mechanic in the army in the late 1950’s and always love military vehicles, this jeep was his pride and joy. I don’t think he ever missed a Memorial Day & Fourth of July day parade with it.
