Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Custom street rod. 1962 Willys Jeep Pickup body, on a ’68 Chevelle Chasis. Posi rear-end. Brand new Chevy 350 motor with performance parts; spec sheet available. Motor was originally built for a stock car. B&M Shift kit, turbo hyrdromatic 350 trans. With just a little love this jeep will be mint again. No rust, no body damage. Black interior. Bucket seats, black carpet. Shaved doors. Oak door pannels inside”

Runs, drives and plows.
“Plow yourself out in style. 1953 Willys pickup with hydraulic snowplow operated off engine. F134, 4×4, 3sp trans. Runs and drives great. Handled yesterday’s 10″ of snow on my 400′ of driveway just fine.
Body has a couple welds and dings but overall is very solid. Good candidate for restore or just use as is around the house, farm, or town.”

Robin just brought home a 1951 truck from Wyoming. Accompanying his new purchase is the plate shown below. Was this a plate used on exported trucks? Neither Robin nor I remember seeing a plate quite like this. My google searches yielded nothing.
