“Completely restored, 350 Chevy, Holley 4-barrel carb, Mallory ignition, Hooker headers, 9-inch Ford rear-end, wheel wells widened 1-1/2 inches for a beefier look, custom Red Mica paint with “ghost” flames on hood and front fenders, all new glass, chrome all done at Sherm’s (Sac), diamond plate pick-up bed, chrome firewall, new interior with functioning original gauges, Alpine CD receiver stereo with iPod connection. Less than 100 miles on restoration, but it’s got to go to make room for a new “toy’. Shown at the GV Downtown Car Show and Cruisin the Pines 09, also feature in the Union in August. Garaged in Grass Valley. $22,500 OBO.”
Here’s a nice looking conversion from a truck bed to a flatbed. It’s not a bad solution to a bad truck bed.
