About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
I would toss this on the truck if I was near by. I have an F134 but it is an industrial and was a pump of some sorts, which is nice because it has like a built in run stand, so that’s all set don’t need to build that part. But a running F134 from a Wagon or CJ would be better suited, who knows.
Information from seller:
4cyl jeep engine i believe its for a 50s Willys Wagon
Posting year as posted, probably earlier then ’63. Same reasons as the other rig from today, but never know. Needs work.
Information from seller:
Swapped sbc motor, hasn’t been started in awhile, but when last started ran good. Will need to be gone over, but was a running/driving vehicle. Obvious rust on body, look at pictures. Many additional parts go with truck, extra grill, body panels, etc. Looking for a fast sale and 4k obo. Clean title. Will need to be towed
I’m going to toss this up as a 1953 Wagon, listed as a 1940, definitely not that. Could be a bit of a salad as well here.
I truly forget when they came out with the 4×6 rear bumper, have to look that up.
Check out that cool Trailer in the back ground, the front top is just awesome looking.
There is a bunch of stuff in this one never know what’s in there till you go take a look. Weeds are dying out this time of year, no snow yet, so you have a limited window till it gets too cold and snowy to go see these.
Information from seller:
Everything’s there motor we’re in frame everything and really good shape for as old as it is as is no title
Willys Jeep Engines and Transmissions $VARIOUS Athens, TN
230 Looks like a Wagon/Truck, showing a decent exhaust manifold, 2BBL Holley 2415 should be on there from what it looks like. It’s been detailed at some point in its life, would need some more numbers to dial in what year and the sort, which we can help with if someone wanted this one. I have 12, so I’m good at the moment, I will say the most I think I ever paid was right around the $800 mark and I overpaid for that one it happens. But this is showing a T90/D18 on the back (I think they want to sell this separate), if they separate it hopefully they do just pull the T90 combo and leave the Bellhousing (Same as a 226) if they remove the Bellhousing (which is so much work for no value there IMO) make sure to snag the Flywheel here they are unique to the 230, and the bolts are special as well that hold these on, but you really can’t take those out, I would not cut them ever take the time to properly remove the Flywheel its pretty straight forward once you have done one, just be careful in general so its not flying at you.
Couple other parts and pieces as well.
This is it for today, I’m already running late and its only 4:10am!
Information from seller:

This would make a good Movie rental rig for period correct movies, I don’t think the hub caps are Willys but they look the part for being what this is. I like the simple look of this one. 3 on the Tree, OD. Don’t know how long its been listed.
Information from seller:

It also has new:
Rear leaf springs and shocks
New poly gas tank

and a complete car cover.
I forgot all these when I first listed it. I’ve also added what pictures of the interior I have.
Not selling the whole rig, read description. But we were just discussing the 230 and how I felt the Wagoneer and J-Truck (also M-715) were all single bbl carb and the Trucks and Wagons are 2bbl set up. I have seen my fair share of 230’s but will see what folks dig up on that opinion. I have seen a few ’64 and higher set ups swapped into the older Trucks and Wagons, but they reused the 2BBL intakes from the rigs. M-715 for sure are the 1BBL set ups.
Either way this is a neat rig it might have that funky IFS up front it has some coil overs in the rear. Its has some rusty parts but overall the underside looks pretty good in areas. The interior is really slick looking with the door panels and the sort, it must have been a really neat rig.
Shame to break it all apart for a hood and grill, I feel those parts are almost universal to these rigs for many many years. The bumpers and the sort look neat, there are some cool parts here.
Information from seller:
1500 obo I am selling everything except for the hood, grille and core support, I would like to sell as a whole otherwise. It is a very solid Jeep, and has most if not all the factory options. It has a 230 Tornado I6, 3 speed manual trans, not sure on the transfer case model. Just ask for more info or if you want to see anything.
Listed 8 Weeks ago, but this is a really neat Wagon. Listed as a ’46 and it does have some really early features. The fixed wing windows that don’t open. The back seat mounts that look to plug in. 2WD Column shift, cant see the exact speedo in the picture but the color is correct for an early one. The back side looks legit as well with the way the license plate is.
Check out that horn set up under the hood, complete with Air Cleaner.
Hood spear, front and rear bumper look really nice.
Door handles, interior trim, ash tray. Rearview mirror, head liner……. The door echelon look kind of smooth, could just be the pic. Has the fancy Steering Wheel set up.
If you are looking for a fairly complete early looking Wagon this might be a great fit
Hopefully it stays intact for someone.
